After-Sales Service

Guarantee terms of PT Fishel Indo Jaya

After the customer bought any valves from PT Fishel Indo Jaya, normally will have 12 months guarantee time starting from after the goods are received.

Training and maintenance in project plant

All valves from PT Fishel Indo Jaya shipping to customer will enclose 《Installation, Operating & Maintenance Manual》together, if customer still needs a professional training in plant, PT Fishel Indo Jaya will send technical person to project plant.
Or customer can send people to study how to installation, operating, and maintenance in PT Fishel Indo Jaya Company, all training charges free.

Repairing & replacement in project plant

If valves in pipeline break down cause of PT Fishel Indo Jaya quality problem, Customer can return rejected valves back to PT Fishel Indo Jaya, then get a new valve replace send to project.
If valves in pipeline break down cause of PT Fishel Indo Jaya quality problem, Customer need a technical man repairing onsite, PT Fishel Indo Jaya will send people to project plant.
